Initial Business Assessment (IBA). We will conduct a thorough operational analysis of your business, starting with a CEO interview to identify processes of concern; conduct a detailed analysis identifying strengths, weaknesses, critical vulnerabilities and potential opportunities. One week later, we'll conclude the IBA with a formal outbrief including recommendations, potential action items Crockett Consulting can tackle with an advanced business consult and referrals. Sole Proprietorship with 1-2 Employees: $500.00
Small Business with 3-10 Employees: $750.00
Small Business with 11-25 Employees: $1000.00
Small Business with 26-100 Employees: $1500.00
Over 100 - Billable hours based on scope of work
Strategic Business Offsites. Utilize Crockett Consulting's Cabin in Lawrenceville, Virginia, for your company or organization's strategic offsite. The cabin is approximately 100 miles from Norfolk, and west of Emporia on Highway 58. Located on the Meherrin River and adjoining the oldest Ironbridge in Virginia (circa 1895), the cabin is positioned on the historic former South Brunswick Plantation. It offers a tranquil and picturesque Virginia backdrop, outdoor fireplace with adirondack chairs, an open former lawn tennis court (perfect for athletic events), a turn of the century grist mill on the river bank, fishing in the Summertime, plenty of pathways for long walks -- basically a quiet and relaxing setting to discuss your business's past, present, and future either by yourself or with key staff / team members. Day-long client-only venues or facilitated events (with Mike facilitating) are available. Limited overnight opportunities available for small groups. It's far enough to truly get away from it all, but not too far! (Verizon Tower .25 miles away = great cell phone/wireless connectivity) Please contact Mike for details.
Confidential Coach Retainer. In the best of organizations, a CEO will often have difficulty finding someone who can give him/her an unbiased objective opinion so Crockett Consulting offers a 100 percent confidential coaching/advisory service on retainer. Now, CEO's can have an avenue for assessing new ideas, alternative options, personnel issues/challenges, etc. In short, someone who can listen and provide a no-nonsense perspective with detachment. Meetings can be in person, over the phone, at our cabin, or via email (Client's choice). Extremely reasonable retainer rates available upon request. Advanced Business Consult (ABC). After analyzing the results of the initial business assessment (IBA), we will offer our clients a menu of services which allow us to take a more active role in tackling CEO priority issues (read post-analysis action!). Some of our many skills include, basic website design and activation; Radio or TV commercial content writing, submission and scheduling; business marketing photography; business logo creation or makeover; business card design and production -- Client pays all material/hosting/print costs (estimates to be provided). Aspiring Entrepreneur / Startup Coaching. This service includes a free Initial Coaching Assessment to determine whether or not the business idea is both feasible and within Crockett Consulting's capability set. If so, a client can select a one-time Basic Coaching Consult with various offerings, including: strategic goal setting, short and long term planning, business model/plan review, step-by-step guidance on setting up a business, local resource referrals, website design recommendations, cash-flow analysis, marketing recommendations and referrals, and organizational review (among others). This service has either a one-time review (info gathering day and outbrief day) or a more in-depth 6 or 12 month plan which includes periodic progress update reviews and coaching (via email, voice, and/or in person) designed to help the aspiring or dedicated Entrepreneur.
